FYI: Cooking tomato sauce, vinegar-based sauces, or citrus for long periods in a cast iron pan can break down the seasoning and cause a metallic taste. Use stainless steel or enamel coated pan like this one.

Hearty, flexible, and friendly with every topping in the fridge.
- Ground beef or turkey, onion, chili powder
- Tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beans

- Brown meat with onion and spices.
